From c1fba878d2d7b0836293b6c5bf1c63ad06024848 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: host Date: Mon, 26 Oct 2026 05:56:47 +0800 Subject: [PATCH] Docker config: writable codex_home under /app/work Inside the container the default HOME is /root, which uid 1003 cannot write, so codex cannot create ~/.codex and the app-server never answers initialize (host.py times out after 60s, task fails with queue.Empty). Setting codex_home to /app/work/codex-home (mounted writable, owned by codexsvc uid 1003, same as the container user) lets the app-server start and run turns.
