- README pin + start.sh comment follow the verified binary
- docs/upstream-166-alignment.md: 0.166.0 alignment record
- tests/test_host_protocol_mapping.py: 21 host methods pinned
  against protocol/ bundles (corrects alignment table's 17-count:
  18 requests incl. initialize + 3 inbound notifications)
- config.example.toml: [[skills.config]] disable semantics doc
  comment only (no effective config change)
