round-12: §20 records 717efc4 merge + final suite numbers

Docs only (no code/test change): §20 now records the merge of
round-11 head 717efc4 (V-9 fixes) as 5d5041b with its conflict
resolution, and the final full-suite result on 5d5041b: 2474 tests,
OK (skipped=9). ruff/mypy state noted.
